How to Get Rid of Vista Antispyware 2010

Somehow, I managed to get Vista Antispyware on my computer. I always try to be careful when I’m on the Internet, but it must be a sneaky virus, because it got in anyway. So I’ve bee reading up on how to get rid of vista antispyware 2010, and truth be told, I’m not sure what to believe. Lots of websites say that it’s as easy as downloading their removal tool, but what if the tool is another virus? So I might try calling the computer place downtown instead, and seeing what they think about all this. Maybe they can give me some good advice.
