The Repeated Windows Slow Start Up Is Driving Me Crazy

My computer seems to be having some problems. I have noticed that when I try to access certain pages, usually ones that are large as far as data is concerned, that it freezes up. Then it will just sit there, on the same screen, until I restart. Then to make matters worse, it has a windows slow start up. It takes forever to get everything loaded and ready. I guess I will check for adware or a virus. Either of those things will cause the symptoms that I am having, so it is worth a try. It is just really hard to work with all the restarts I am having to do!
