I really have to make my kids really comfortable with the way things are. i really like to look my best that is why i wear mens custom slacks on the days i do not have to wear a suit. Actually that is mroe often than not as my office doesnt have a suit wearing atmosphere or formal dress code. just becuase we cultivate a casual dress policy does not mean i should look like a slob.
