Wrinkle creams vary substantially in price, ingredients, and approach.  However, if you look carefully, you will find that the best wrinkle creams use ingredients that have been clinically proven to yield results.  Retinol and other antioxidants, for instance, are ingredients that have demonstrated some improvement in wrinkle appearance.   Hydroxy acids also appear frequently in the best wrinkle creams.  More natural ingredients have also shown some promise, namely tea extracts (especially green tea) and kinetin (a plant growth factor).  As you search for a wrinkle cream, make sure it contains at least some of these proven ingredients.  If you are spending the money, spend it on something that has been proven to work.
