I Live with Belly Fat

I’m a thirty year old woman, I’m happily married ,and the mother of three healthy wonderful boys. I am not overweight, but I do sport some belly fat and I’m not at all ashamed of it. I am always reminded during beach outings, and pool days of this extra pooch on my belly that I had never had before having children. My girlfriends complain about their own, and I cant seem to understand it.We earned these pouches of what so many call Belly fat. I know I did. I look into the eye’s of my little boys,and have no regrets at all. My girlfriends are always saying how mine is so much smaller than theirs,but I don’t see it that way.
