Finding The Right Boiler Room Operator
February 18, 2010 8:30 am NewsThe school I work out for was looking for a boiler operator. They advertised the position for over a month and only a few people applied. The individuals that did apply didn’t have enough industrial training for the position. There was this one candidate that the principal really though was a good fit but he didn’t have enough experience. She did decide to give him the position on a trial run. He was a great fit and he even decided to go for more classes to keep himself up to date on new procedures and requirements. I am glad she decided to give the guy a chance because we really needed to fill the position.
