What Karen and I talked about over the phone

I was just ready to start making my tuna fish sandwich when the phone rang. The person calling me turned out to be my own daughter Karen. The reason she was calling was to find out if she had gotten any mail that day. I told her the mail hadn’t come yet. She was expecting some information on how to become an EMT. We then started talking about her decision to look into the possibility of getting into this line of work.
